It is like a predefined pipeline made up of hard solid titanium for the soul to traverse from birth to death. It does not have U-turns nor detours. I cannot imagine how exciting the ride is for the soul. And now there are Laws and Rules for the definition of the pipeline.
The year 2060. Fiction,
The year 2060, the gender ratio is in great danger. It is 324 females per 1000 males. Back then in the year 2018, it was 940 females per 1000 of males and the humanity missed the chance to correct the course and here we are in the imbalance.
One major issue being discussed in the year’ summer session of parliament is the Male Pride Protection Act. Male Pride Protection act, the argument is the marriage rules are not rigid enough and that that the male Pride is always under threat. Due to the imbalance of gender ratio, the female has the power of the low supply and high demand. This power gave female to get out of the marriage and get into a better relationship quite easily. The divorce rates hence were high and the male is under constant threat that a small mistake would cost him his marriage. This fear of helplessness was a loss of pride. So a proposal is been under discussion for Male Pride Protection.
Everyone knew it is an impossible concept in this generation and it is a hopeless situation for males and the Male Pride Protection act was a rare possibility.
In the meantime, there was a community that was free of all this. The community was called “The Atomic Soul”. The community was a unisex health and fitness club. The primary focus of the community was to empower its members to be self-sufficient. Its concepts were mostly inspired by the mythological character called the Siva. All the members of the club had a healthy body and stable mind. Most(including Males) of the members of the community had happy relationships and were never impacted by the gender ratio imbalance.
One of the members of The Atomic Soul community by the name Shrimati Sati Shankar was invited as a guest to debate on Male Pride Protection act. The arguments put forth by Sati completely shed doors for Male Pride Protection act.

The following years and a generation of efforts the gender ratio balance were restored. Now there are no marriage nor divorce rules. Each individual is capable and self-sufficient to lead the life of their dreams. A couple in a relationship is mature enough to have required commitment, does not need an external law. If you need a law to put 2 people into a marriage commitment, that is as good as you do not trust the 2 adults to be responsible enough to be in a commitment. People were understanding enough to know when a relationship is not working and when there is no point to be in a commitment. If one wants out, then it’s out as there is no point hanging on one side of the scale, either side is out there is not balance. Even in that situation, couple supported each other to move on. The world was a much peaceful place.

The same applies now.
Women do not need protection, women need empowerment.
Women do not need a guard with a gun, give her gun she can protect herself. Women do not need protection from law, women need the power(power of education) to protect herself.
Law can protect life but, can law protect love ?
Law can ensure livelihood but, can law ensure respect ?
Law is for bodies, can there be a law for souls ?
Protecting women under law and reservation is a disrespect to her potential.
